How Brickwright handles personal data.

Website use and measurement

Brickwright records limited first-party usage events such as page views, sample interactions, waitlist steps, campaign parameters, referral source and an anonymous browser session identifier. This is used to evaluate whether the experiment is useful and improve the service. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest in operating and evaluating the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). No advertising profile is created and no new analytics platform is used.

Waitlist and email

If you join the waitlist, Brickwright stores your email address, role, signup context, consent version, confirmation status and confirmation time. A confirmation email is sent, and promotional updates are delivered only after you confirm. The legal basis is consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing the address above.

Service providers and transfers

Hosting infrastructure is provided through OpenAI Sites and its infrastructure providers. Confirmation and waitlist emails are sent through Resend. These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area using legally recognised safeguards described in their own privacy notices.

Retention

Pending, unconfirmed waitlist records are deleted or anonymised after a reasonable verification period. Confirmed records are retained until consent is withdrawn. Technical event data is retained only as long as needed to evaluate and protect the service.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.
